Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a key labelling different sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the continuing congressional process.
